• Rates are based on 2 adults per unit(over 15 years of age). There is a $10 charge per night per adult over 2
• $5 per child under 15 years of age, over the room head count
• All include-Daily Maid Service , linens, Towels, Cable TV, A/C-Heat, Microwave, Refrigerator,Coffee Maker(coffee too),free WiFi

$25 cancellation fee up to 2 weeks advance notice.  Less than 2 weeks notice, entire deposit kept, unless unit is rebooked.
